On Palm Sunday, we remember the excitement of the triumphal entry and the expectation of Messianic deliverance that captivated the entire city of Jerusalem as Jesus entered. We also look at how Jesus’ teaching and actions following the triumphal entry show that he was not planning to fulfill their nationalistic desires but was calling them to a Kingdom where all are welcomed to the table.
