Jesus calls us salt and light – both things of great impact in our world. However, for both He warns that it is possible to lost that about us which causes impact – most fundamentally our love of God and neighbor. We reflect on a few instances when people found it hard to love their neighbor, and examine what keeps us from being salt and light at times.
